The Practice of Wayapa® combines earth mindfulness and narrative meditation and movement in a series of 14 elements to teach participants the importance of connecting into the earth and nature for holistic wellness.

For non-Indigenous people, Wayapa® will provide an opportunity to be immersed in culture to understand Connection to Country and Community, Aboriginal way. For Indigenous people, Wayapa® provides an easy way to reconnect with or to continue practicing culture every day while enjoying the holistic health benefits of it.
