1.     PAYMENTS

1.1.  All monetary amounts referred to on this site www.yerrabingin.com.au are quoted in Australian dollars unless specifically stated otherwise.

1.2.  All payments made to Yerrabingin are subject to the terms and conditions on this site. Yerrabingin must be notified in writing within 14 days of any payments made in error.

1.3.  All payments submitted through the Yerrabingin website are processed by Shopify.

1.4.  Yerrabingin does not store or retain any credit card data.

1.5.  Products will be posted after payment 

2.     POSTAGE

2.1.  All postage is calculated at the point of checkout and added to your cart. 

3.     REFUNDS

3.1.  Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind. You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note if the product you have purchased has a fault, or does not match the description of the product/service. Yerrabingin requires notification within 3 business days of any faulty or damaged item.

3.2.  Refunds, credits or exchanges apply to our store products (such as t shirts and Yarrang Oil) only.

3.3.  The cost of return postage will be paid by Yerrabingin for any return of a faulty product.

3.4.  If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.
