Developer Celestino engaged Yerrabingin to contribute to the State Significant Development Application process for the proposed site subdivision. Working closely with Celestino, Orion, Willowtree and Habit8, we created a Designing with Country strategy which reflects the key aspirations and cultural expressions of the local First Nations Community.

Yerrabingin ran a Design Jam co-design workshop with the project team, client and local Dharug and wider First Nations Community members. The workshop established Designing with Country narratives which Yerrabingin then provided to the design team in a series of reports highlighting different design opportunities.

Yerrabingin also delivered the Recognise Country Response Template for this project, which is a requirement for master plans, State Significant Development, State Significant Infrastructure and development applications within the Western Sydney Aerotropolis where the Recognise Country Guidelines apply.
